1. Most recent (one complete month) pay check stubs
2. Last two years W-2 and 1099 forms + last two years federal tax returns (IRS office
will provide you with transcripts of tax returns and/or W-2/1099 forms - located in Executive Tower near I-25 and South Circle Drive - 7th floor)
3. Most recent/latest 3 months of statements for funds on deposit with any financial institution (Bank, S & L, Credit Union, IRA, 401K, Stockbroker, etc.) - bank certified print-out may be used in place of original
4. Rental/lease agreements for any properties currently owned and rented + mortgage payment coupon, declarations page of hazard insurance policy and copy of latest property tax bill
5. Divorce documents - property settlement, child custody and support agreements, spousal support agreements and final decree if divorced within the last 7 years and paying or receiving support
payments
6. Bankruptcy documents: Petition, schedules of assets/liabilities and discharge
7. If you are selling a property: Copy of listing agreement and copy of closing statement (HUD-1 - certified copy) when sold
8. Rental information for any property which you have rented in the last 24 months: Landlord name and telephone number, address of property and monthly rent payment amount
9. Name and telephone number for your insurance agent (for the property being purchased) - please complete form in document set
10. Copy of purchase contract for the property being purchased - your realtor will supply this document
11. Copies of any existing rental agreements on the property being purchased - if you are purchasing as an investor property
12. VA loans - copy of DD-214 and/or Statement of Service
13. Self Employed: Business license, trade name certificate or Articles of Incorporation copy, copy of your lease for your business property along with name and telephone number of landlord/property manager
